Agreement to Terms
By accessing BookedFast services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Description
BookedFast provides follow-up automation and booking system installation services for home service businesses. We install and configure automated workflows in HighLevel (GoHighLevel) software on behalf of clients.
Deposit and Payment Terms
The $49 deposit secures your onboarding slot and scheduling. This deposit is applied to your total setup fee. Setup fees and monthly service fees are billed separately according to your selected package.
All fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins and setup work commences. Monthly service is month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days notice.
Messaging Costs
SMS and email messaging fees are usage-based and billed at cost. We do not mark up messaging fees. Your actual costs depend on your lead volume and follow-up frequency. Typical costs range from $0.01 to $0.015 per SMS message.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information during onboarding
- Obtaining proper consent from contacts before sending messages
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Generating your own leads through marketing and advertising
- Your HighLevel account and any associated fees
No Revenue Guarantee
We install and manage the follow-up automation system. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, bookings, or business outcomes. Your results depend on factors including your lead quality, offer, sales process, and market conditions.
Service Modifications
Monthly service includes minor tweaks and adjustments to your automation system. Major changes, new workflows, or significant modifications may require additional setup fees. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
Cancellation and Refunds
Monthly service can be canceled with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. The deposit is applied to your setup fee and is non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
BookedFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
Intellectual Property
All workflows, automations, and systems installed in your HighLevel account become your property. We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, templates, and methodology.
Compliance and Legal
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging and follow-up systems complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific regulations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
